Under Contract
✓ Attorney review period
✓ Home inspection period
✓ Shop for homeowner’s insurance
✓ Appraisal performed, if applicable
✓ Certificate of Occupancy inspection
✓ Mortgage commitment issued, if applicable

Settlement
✓ Perform final walk through. Check that all home inspection items were completed, if applicable.
✓ Settlement. Bring closing costs and two forms of ID.
